Manufacturer Limited One-year Warranty

SpeedWorx Sports, LLC warrants this product as free of defects in material, design, and workmanship for the period of one year from the original date of purchase for the original owner.

If during the period of warranty this product proves defective under normal use and service, you should return the product to the manufacturer.  The liability of SpeedWorx Sports and its affiliated sales distributors is limited to the cost of repair and/or replacement of the unit under warranty or full refund of the original item purchase amount.

Additional conditions:

•  The warranty is limited to the original purchaser.

  Purchaser is responsible for shipping defective product to the SpeedWorx Sports factory.

  A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase is required for a claim for warranty service.

  The warranty is void if the product has been altered by the user or if the product has been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification, or repair by unauthorized third parties.

  The responsibility of SpeedWorx Sports shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product at its sole discretion unless the customer explicitly requests a refund.

  Specifically exempted from any warranty are the Flexi-cord bands used in SpeedWorx Sports products, which are not manufactured by the company.

  SpeedWorx Sports is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any SpeedWorx Sports product.

  This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from area to area.

  Unless instructed in the user guide, the user may not, under any circumstances, attempt to perform service or adjustments on the unit, whether in or out of warranty.  The product should be returned to the factory or authorized service agency for such work.

  SpeedWorx Sports will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping.  All repair work on SpeedWorx Sports products by unauthorized third parties voids any warranty.

Submitting a claim

To submit a warranty claim, first email us at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This number is used throughout the process to track your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping product back to our warehouse.

Send the following information items with the product to SpeedWorx Sports:

1.  RMA number obtained from SpeedWorx Sports for this merchandise return (number should be clearly displayed on outside of box as indicated below)

2.  Description of problem

3.  Your stated preference for replacement or refund.  Refunds are only available for defective equipment.

4.  Proof of purchase

5.  Return address, email address,  and contact phone number
