Stridechecker

The Stridechecker is designed to help you find the exact foot placement for every step of your 40-yard dash. The ideal 40-yard dash is run in 17-19 steps. The Stidechecker will assist you in training the proper steps from start to finish. Simply lay your Stridechecker down on the field or track and the white indicators will show approximately where each step you will take should land. Coaches can coach running technique while at the same time seeing how well sprinters are transitioning from the drive phase to the sprint phase of their 40.
