Pro Punch

In addition to the Punch Belt, The Pro Punch has a set of adjustable shoulder straps to keep athletes hands at chest level when in a relaxed position.

The Pro Punch builds speed and strength by adding resistance to arm movements. The tubing adjusts to individuals arm length. The Pro Punch is very effective in training punching techniques, ball-catching drills, hand fight drills, bumping a volleyball, fielding a baseball, shot blocking in basketball and volleyball, and much more.

“D” Rings on the waist of the Punch Belt make it possible to add resistance to forward, backward and lateral movements while training hand movements at the same time.
