FedEx

All SpeedWorx orders are shipped with FedEx. Your equipment is custom made upon order and normally ships within 5-10 business days of our receipt, pending credit card approval. Ground service runs Monday through Friday. Ground delivery does not take place on weekends. You can typically expect to receive an order 8-10 business days from the time you place your order. Exact cost of ground service will depend on your location and the weight and volume of your order.

Returns Policy

Returns: SpeedWorx stands behind the quality of its products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of your original purchase date. All returns, except those for defective merchandise, will receive a full store credit toward future purchases equal to the original item purchase amount.  Products must be returned in new, unused condition.   Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping product back to our warehouse. 

Warranty Replacements : All SpeedWorx products come with a Manufacturer Limited One-Year Warranty.  Returns of defective merchandise will be handled per this limited warranty supplied with each product. For one-year from the original purchase date, you may exchange a defective item for a duplicate replacement, or if you so choose, you may elect to receive a refund. SpeedWorx reserves the right to inspect all reported defective items before granting a replacement or refund.

How to return or replace an item:

Your item must qualify for a return or warranty replacement under the definitions outlined above or in our published Manufacturer Limited One-Year Warranty.  If you qualify for return or replacement, email us at returns@speedworxsports.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This number is used throughout the process to track your returned item(s).

Send the following information and items with the product to SpeedWorx Sports:

1.   RMA number obtained from SpeedWorx Sports for this merchandise return (number should be clearly displayed on outside of box as indicated below)

2.   Description of problem or reason for return

3.   Your stated preference for replacement, store credit or refund.  Refunds are only available for defective equipment.

4.   Proof of purchase - To return or exchange a product, YOU MUST HAVE your original invoice.

5.   Return address, email address,  and contact phone number

Be sure to pack and seal your return securely in the original package. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as FedEx or UPS. All authorized returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that you MUST include a return address on any package sent to our consumer warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and SpeedWorx will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.

Refunded payment on return items:

We strive to process all returns within 72 hours of receipt at our warehouse. Credit for qualified refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you paid by check or money order, then SpeedWorx will mail you a refund check within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return.
