H Harness

It is typically used to train offensive and defensive lineman working on techniques from pass sets, drive blocks, scoop blocks, trapping, inside and outside zone blocking and redirect. On the defensive side of the ball, it can be used for rip, swim, two gap and bull rushing. The H Harness can also be used for acceleration and deceleration and change of direction for all sports. This training harness can also be used with a variety of other custom cords.
